Job Description:
Sage is searching for a Director to join our Global Routes to Revenue (RTR) team, responsible for GTM design, commercial modeling, revenue planning, and performance analytics. Reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM Performance & Analytics, this role will establish a global single source of truth for GTM analytics, beginning with the Intacct product line. You will be a trusted advisor to GTM executives, skilled in data analysis, strategy, and cross-functional leadership. You will lead a small global team and influence stakeholders across regions and functions to drive alignment and measurable outcomes. Success requires collaboration, analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage key deliverables for the global GTM analytics suite (starting with Intacct) to track marketing, operational, and financial performance.
• Partner with the Data Product Manager to define and evolve KPIs supporting business unit growth.
• Develop and maintain an interactive reporting suite that enables data-driven decision-making.
• Own process documentation, including key calculations and assumptions.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify issues and support business improvements.
• Lead ad-hoc analytics projects to inform commercial decisions and track progress.
• Act as a trusted advisor to GTM executives and mentor junior team members.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on learning and shared success.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in data analysis and reporting
• Deep expertise in Power BI, Data modelling, SQL
• Prior experience leading analytics teams
• Strong intellectual curiosity
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ideally you will have supported GTM teams at a software company
