             Sales Manager, Sage Intacct Accountants Program Job Description: We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for the Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP). In this role, you’ll oversee a high-performing sales team focused on renewals, cloud migrations, up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, and new business development through our partner ecosystem. You bring a proven track record in B2B and B2C software sales leadership, with a deep understanding of selling to accounting firms. You thrive in both direct and indirect sales motions, excel at coaching for performance, and embrace a transparent, metric-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to exceed revenue, retention, and growth goals. • Drive partner-led performance by enabling firms to deliver Sage’s cloud and accounting solutions. • Build and execute strategic sales plans, outreach initiatives, and joint business strategies. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partner teams to accelerate Sage Intacct adoption. • Optimize renewals and cloud migrations through data-driven sales execution. • Identify and remove operational barriers, streamline processes, and foster cross-departmental alignment. • Represent Sage at key industry, partner, and customer events. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. • Demonstrated success leading inside sales or channel teams within SaaS or ERP environments. • Experience selling to or partnering with accounting firms or selling accounting/ERP solutions. • Strong coaching capabilities, with expertise in forecasting and executing sales strategies. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders. • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
