We are currently seeking a professional to join our team as a **Marketing Manager – Campaigns.**
As part of the HSBC marketing team our ultimate goal is to drive improvements in HSBC brand equity and contribute to customer growth and increase customer value and satisfaction as we open up a world of opportunity for our customers in Wealth and Personal Banking.
You’ll be responsible for planning and delivery of marketing campaigns locally across Channel Islands and Isle of Man, and international markets for HSBC Expat to support the growth of our businesswhilst working closely with the local and regional marketing teams across a variety of projects including brand, digital, social, performance.
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop and communicate our market proposition for our target audience.
In this role you will:
+ Work closely with business teams, gaining their support and buy-in on planned initiatives including budget spend whilst being responsible for briefing process, recommending opportunities to improve quality and positively influence outcomes
+ Executing marketing projects to time, budget and quality to achieve the desired outcomes and measure performance against targetin addition to building and maintain strong and effective working relationships with external agencies/suppliers
+ Focus on performance, using data and insight to inform and shape marketing strategyand support the identification of market opportunities to drive delivery of the WPB Strategy
+ Take a proactive approach to mitigating risk in line with marketing approval processes whilst developing and articulating a deep understanding of customer needs through external research and internal data for WPB
+ Keep up to date with professional development and industry trends, and be open to adopting new industry approaches and channels
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
+ Be an experienced marketeer with a proven background in marketing campaigns, events, digital and /or social media with strong senior stakeholder management skills
+ Adopt and champion the agile ways of working in marketing and participate in business value streams/ cross-functional teams
+ Display a proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
+ Think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts and be able to distil complex business and customer environment into simple, strategically sound and insight led stories
+ Demonstrate and champion a speak-up culture by challenging actions and behaviours that are not consistent with HSBC's policies and/or the best interests of the business and its customers.
