**Position Summary:** Responsible for any or all of the following functions as assigned: analysis of outpatient records, chart pick up/processing, chart pulls, filing, loose report processing, release of information. Coordinate activities pertaining to CD/report delivery and Ambra inbound/outbound releases.

**Position Requirements** :

+ High School diploma or GED.

+ Excellent verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

+ Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of Medical Records department functions preferred.
