    Senior Risk & Insurance Manager

     

    We’re looking for an experienced **Risk & Insurance Manager** to join the team _onsite in Portsmouth, NH_ ! In this role, you’ll manage company insurance programs, handle claims, and identify ways to minimize potential losses.

     

    This position is ideal for someone with a strong finance or insurance background who enjoys problem-solving, organization, and working cross-functionally with leadership and outside partners.

    What You’ll Do

    + Oversee company insurance policies, renewals, and claims

    + Partner with insurance brokers and carriers to ensure the best coverage and rates

    + Track and analyze risk data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

    + Work closely with finance and operations teams to address risk exposure

    + Develop strategies to reduce financial and safety risks across the business

    + Assist with audits and compliance requirements

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

    + 8+ years of experience in **risk management, insurance, or financial analysis** in a manufacturing setting

    + Strong understanding of insurance programs, claims handling, and risk assessment

    + Excellent analytical and communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments

    **Pay Details:** $55.00 to $75.00 per hour
