Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a **Community Outreach Representative** in **Mount Kisco, NY** ! This role is in person / onsite. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume.
**Position Type** : Four-month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer
**Schedule** : Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
**Pay** : $21.00 per hour
**Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Representative** :
• Maintain an average of 60+ outbound calls daily
• Monitor and maintain the continuity of care through scheduling and tracking systems in all work queues
• Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, insurance information
• Scheduling radiology appointments and procedures in an organized and efficient manner,
• Provide effective communication to patient to ensure understanding
• Comply with administrative policies to ensure quality of care
• All employees are expected to keep abreast on current medical requirements relevant to their position, which includes maintaining patient confidentiality and abiding by all HIPAA and OSHA requirements
**Qualifications** **of the Community Outreach Representative** :
• High School Diploma
• Healthcare experience
• Outbound call center experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
