Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Trade Compliance Specialist**
Pay range: $35 - $39/hr.
Shift availability:** Onsite - 770 Cochituate Rd Framingham MA 01701 United States. **8:00 AM - 5:00PM / Monday – Friday

Job Summary:
This role is a great opportunity to support inclusive trade compliance team and become familiar with our business model, internal systems, and import classification and compliance for a wide range of retail products. This position supports customs entry, entry auditing, as well as reporting & analytics support. You will collaborate across our Trade Compliance team as well as with our internal and external business partners such as Customs Brokers, Finance, and Logistics.
Responsibilities:
• Supports the Customs Entry & Audit teams in performing entry audits focused on broker compliance, SOX, ADD/CVD, and classification
• Supports post entry activities, reconciliation program, and recordkeeping requirements
• Participates in the establishment and maintenance of internal control procedures and SOPs
• Monitors team email inboxes and manages day-to-day correspondence
What you’ll need to be successful
To begin your career with us, you’ll have:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2-4 years of import or customs brokerage experience required
• U.S. Customs Broker License preferred
• Strong familiarity with customs entry data and documentation required
• Experience in auditing entries, classification, or other import data strongly preferred
• Supply chain experience in retail preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail

**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $39.00 per hour
