    **Adecco** is seeking a proactive and skilled **Operations Analyst** to join our Performance Operations group. This is a critical, fast-paced role. You will be essential in ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of client performance returns for our Private Bank network.

    + **Pay Rate** : $ 23.44/hr

    + **Shift** : Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    + **Location:** Hybrid in Pennington, NJ

    Responsibilities:

    + Review and validate performance data and returns across our performance platforms (PACE, First Rate, etc.)

    + Act as the primary point of contact for the Private Bank network, efficiently supporting and resolving their inquiries related to performance measurement and reporting.

    + Ensure accuracy and integrity in client performance reporting.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience supporting an operational function within a financial institution.

    + Strong knowledge of investment products and vehicles (e.g., stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs).

    + Demonstrated customer service experience in a professional environment.

    + Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).

    + High level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy..

    + Hands-on experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL) and digital marketing metrics.

    **Pay Details:** $23.44 per hour
