    Production Supervisor jobs require candidates to be responsible for assigned area aspects of the production floor, including personnel, machines, facility, equipment, and all necessary support systems for manufacturing processes withing a warehouse environment.     TITLE: Production Supervisor

     

    SHIFT: Friday-Saturday (Fri 7AM-3:30PM & Sat/Sun 5AM-5PM with flexibility)

     

    PAY: $33.00 - $ 50.00/hr

    Responsibilities for Production Supervisor jobs include but are not limited to:

    • Coordinates the flow of work through departments and ensures departments have sufficient levels of inventory.

    • Plan and direct production activities and establish production goals and priorities to effectively execute the production schedule, manage internal cost factors, and meet quality requirements.

    • Prepare production status reports: sales dollars, schedule hours, delivery performance, scrap calculations, etc.

    • Responsible for the direct management of the production floor, production schedules, quality standards, continuous improvement, and cost standards.

    • Oversees and directs the activities of the production supervisors, cell leaders, and operators, on all shifts of production.

    • Collaborate with purchasing, maintenance, engineering, scheduling, and quality control to ensure effective production performance, communicating as required to generate timely and adequate support.

    • Assists in development of all new training and development programs to assure employee and product quality.

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Production Supervisor jobs:

    • 0-3 years Production planning/scheduling experience

    • 3-6 years Employee management/supervisory role

    • Operating machinery and/or power tools

    • Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment

    • Lift/Push/Pull at least 25 lbs.

    **Pay Details:** $33.00 to $50.00 per hour
