**Job Title:** Accounting & Finance Manager

**Location:** Huntington, NY (In-Office)

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced **Accounting & Finance Manager** to oversee financial operations across multiple business units.

Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:

+ Reconcile cash activity and vendor invoices daily

+ Manage payroll, customer billing, and collections weekly

+ Reconcile accounts, record commissions, and prepare financial statements monthly

+ Track rolling forecasts, e-commerce revenue, and Amazon activity

+ Support tax filings, insurance, contracts, and special projects periodically

Requirements Include but Not Limited To:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

+ 5+ years accounting experience, preferably in multi-entity environment required

+ Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills required

+ Advanced proficiency in Excel required

+ Proficient in QuickBooks required

+ E-commerce platform experience a plus (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart) preferred

+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities required

Compensation & Benefits:

+ $100,000-115,000 base salary

+ Health, dental & vision insurance

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
