    Adecco is assisting our local client in recruiting for a Grant Payment Assistant position. This is a part-time, remote opportunity to join a mission-driven organization making a real impact in healthcare and community well-being.     Responsibilities for a Grant Payment Assistant include but are not limited to:

    + Review grant payment requests to ensure all criteria are met, documents are complete, and data is accurately entered.

    + Provide professional email support to grant families regarding submitted payment requests.

    + Assist Grant Managers during monthly Regional Board calls.

    + Conduct data analysis and reporting on grant demographics and healthcare costs.

    + Enter, maintain, and clean up data in systems such as Dynamics, Power BI, and Blackbaud.

    Candidates for the Grant Payment Assistant role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + 1+ years of customer service experience.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

    + Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and cell service.

    + Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule (20 hours/week), with occasional evenings or weekends.

    + Ability to travel 1–3 times per year domestically.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience using Blackbaud’s Financial Edge or related nonprofit software.

    + Familiarity with Power BI or data analysis tools.

    + Prior nonprofit experience.

    Soft Skills:

    + Excellent written and verbal communication.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

    + Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a virtual environment.

    + Innovative mindset with strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence.

    **Pay Details:** $23.57 per hour
