    Warehouse Supervisor Lead

    **Location:** Sarasota, FL

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Some Saturdays as needed)

    **License Requirement:** Valid driver’s license required

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** **Lead** to oversee daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, teamwork, and getting things done right the first time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Warehouse Supervisor Lead - Supervise warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping.

    + Ensure all orders created before 2:00 PM are ready for UPS pickup by 2:30 PM, and those created between 2:30–4:00 PM are ready by 4:30 PM.

    + Monitor order prioritization, verify package dimensions and weights, and communicate shipping details to the Logistics Specialist.

    + Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, coordinating with vendors and carriers.

    + Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.

    + Maintain organized inventory systems—products must be properly stored, labeled, and easy to locate.

    + Ensure packing materials are stocked to avoid workflow interruptions.

    + Enforce warehouse organization standards and daily housekeeping.

    + Implement inventory control processes and track stock movements.

    + Conduct quality control inspections for outgoing orders (color, style, size, specs).

    + Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment.

    + Submit regular reports and updates on warehouse activity and performance.

    + Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.

    Qualification Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

    + **Warehouse Supervisor Lead will have** **Experience with inventory management systems (IMS); RF equipment preferred.**

    + **Strong teamwork, coordination, and time management skills.**

    + **Proficient in Windows OS, ECRM software, Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets).**

    + **Excellent organization, reporting, and documentation abilities.**

    + **Safety-conscious with experience in pallet jack operation and equipment maintenance.**

    + **Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.**

    Daily/Weekly Tasks:

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    + Process orders efficiently and restock inventory and packing supplies.

    + Support teammates and ensure all products are stored in designated areas.

    + Perform quality inspections and assist with labeling and engraving tasks.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
