    Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? We’re looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to provide product information, process orders, and support returns and repairs across multiple communication channels with a starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour in Warsaw, Indiana.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and more

    + Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information

    + Enter and manage orders, including follow-up on incomplete or problematic submissions

    + Assist with returns, credits, and repair estimates

    + Guide customers in using our website and digital tools

    + Identify opportunities to cross-sell and enhance customer experience

    + Log feedback and maintain product knowledge

    What You Bring:

    + 3+ years of customer care experience, ideally in a manufacturing or product support call center

    + Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

    + Professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first mindset

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus

    + High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

    Additional Info:

    + Flexible scheduling may be required to support business hours

    + Occasional overtime and weekend work

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
