    Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an **Administrative Assistant** working in **Redmond, WA (Onsite)**

     

    Pay rate: $49 / Hour

     

    Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Business Administrator to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Engineering. This role is pivotal in enabling effective leadership through seamless coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and execution across multiple business domains.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic & Operational Support

     

    Serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the CVP of Engineering.

     

    Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and ensure optimal use of executive time.

     

    Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for leadership meetings.

     

    Support onboarding, offboarding, and team engagement initiatives.

     

    Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration

     

    Represent the CVP’s office with professionalism, discretion, and alignment to company values.

     

    Build strong relationships across teams to foster collaboration and ensure business continuity.

     

    Participate in leadership team meetings, offering strategic insights and operational support.

     

    Communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

     

    Navigate high-stakes and confidential situations with agility and foresight.

     

    Team & Staffing Support

     

    Partner with Staffing and HR to support recruitment, hiring, and offboarding processes.

     

    Provide daily administrative and operational support to a large engineering team.

    Experience:

    5–7 years of experience in executive-level administrative support.

     

    Proven track record of managing complex calendars and executive priorities.

     

    Experience working with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

     

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

     

    Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

     

    High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

     

    Ability to work independently and adapt to various work styles and team dynamics.

    Education:

    High school diploma or GED required.

     

    Additional certifications or training in business administration or project coordination are a plus.

     

    **Pay Details:** $49.00 per hour
