Adecco is looking for an experienced **Supply Chain Specialist,** Procurement & Customer Support to join our on-site team. This role supports purchasing, vendor management, and customer service functions in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have prior procurement experience and be comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook daily.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform day-to-day procurement activities to meet customer demand for stock, non-stock, and spot-buy materials.
+ Review and approve inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations in the ERP system.
+ Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders, ensuring pricing and delivery align with company standards.
+ Answer internal calls from clients and communicate with vendors to resolve issues.
+ Handle invoice resolution and ensure accurate processing of orders.
+ Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
+ Research and assess vendors and materials to ensure quality, pricing, and compliance with specifications.
+ Coordinate vendor returns for damaged, expired, or excess inventory.
+ Maintain clear, professional communication with both customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
+ 1–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience required.
+ Strong customer service and communication skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook (daily use required).
+ Detail-oriented, organized, and professional in all interactions.
+ Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
