Responsibilities
+ Serve as a primary client interface, fostering strong relationships
+ Utilize Excel and other general computer applications effectively
+ Collaborate with teams from different backgrounds, including GC, subcontractor, and engineering
+ Manage and organize tasks efficiently, prioritizing based on customer needs
+ Communicate clearly and articulate thoughts effectively
+ Demonstrate teachability and willingness to learn unique processes
+ Step into a Project Manager role, showcasing leadership and initiative
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in project engineering or related fields (3+ years as Project Coordinator welcomed)
+ Engineering degree (any discipline except IT) or Construction Management degree
+ Understanding of Bluebeam software
+ Project management skills with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
+ Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Extroverted personality with strong social skills
+ Critical thinking and ability to work independently
+ Capability to transition into a Project Manager role
+ Experience with airport, conveyor systems, controls, or automation projects strongly preferred
Work Environment

+ Travel: Slightly more than once a month on average, typically 1–2 nights per trip

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.
