    Job Title: Survey Party Chief

     

    Experience Level: Expert (Minimum 3 years of field experience)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Survey Party Chief to support land development and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

     

    + Collecting field data using advanced surveying equipment and software.

    + Interpreting reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, and photographs to assess project requirements.

    + Leading field survey operations and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and manage GPS and total station equipment (Leica preferred).

    + Utilize Civil 3D and Carlson Survey software for data processing and mapping.

    + Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project goals.

    + Maintain compliance with safety standards (OSHA 10 certification preferred).

    Required Skills:

    + Land Surveying

    + GPS and Topographic Data Collection

    + Surveying Equipment Operation (Leica)

    + Civil 3D and Carlson Survey Software

    + OSHA 10 Certification

    + Autocad proficiency

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Professional Land Surveyor license or actively pursuing licensure.

    + Strong leadership and communication skills.

    + Experience in land development and infrastructure projects.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
