             We’re looking for a hands-on Configuration Manager to take ownership of CAD administration and product data control across NX and SolidWorks environments. If you’re passionate about clean data, drawing accuracy, and making sure engineering teams can move fast without breaking things—this role is for you. You’ll be the go-to expert for managing PDM workflows, enforcing modeling standards, and ensuring that technical data packages are complete, compliant, and ready for manufacturing and sustainment. You’ll also partner with engineering, sustainment, and compliance teams to keep everything aligned and audit-ready. What You’ll Do + Administer CAD workflows and model data in Teamcenter (NX + SolidWorks) + Enforce modeling standards: master modeling, PMI, interface control, parametric discipline + Prepare and release drawing/data packages (PDF, DXF, STEP), validate metadata + Manage ECOs, DCOs, part numbers, and configuration baselines + Train engineers on Teamcenter usage and release workflows + Build saved queries, dashboards, and front-end automations in Active Workspace + Audit product data for completeness, revision control, and modeling compliance + Support export-controlled and DoD-compliant data packaging + Help clean up and migrate legacy data as new tools and standards roll out What You Bring + 5+ years in CAD administration, drafting support, or configuration management + Strong experience with Siemens NX and/or SolidWorks + Deep understanding of model structuring, PMI, and drawing generation + Familiarity with Teamcenter and engineering change workflows (ECOs, DCOs, baselines) Why You’ll Love It Here + 100% paid medical for employees, 80% for dependents + Dental, vision, life, and disability insurance + Generous PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave + Competitive salary + performance bonuses + 401(k) plan + stock options + Free lunch and unlimited snacks/drinks in-office Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $91.00/hr.
