Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team in Katy, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in oncology and OBGYN, with a passion for patient care and administrative excellence. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Room 20–24 patients daily, ensuring efficient patient flow.
+ Record vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication updates.
+ Stock and maintain exam/treatment rooms; manage supply orders.
+ Perform phlebotomy and obtain blood specimens.
+ Answer referral-related phone calls and assist with scheduling.
+ Coordinate patient tests, procedures, and hospital admissions.
+ Schedule follow-up appointments and communicate test results.
+ Handle administrative tasks including typing, filing, faxing, and reception duties.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
+ Medical Assistant Certification – Required
+ OBGYN experience – Required/Strongly Preferred
+ Oncology experience – Preferred
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
