Job Title: Production Administrative Assistant
Job Description
As a Production Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production team by assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment. You will prepare and organize raw materials, perform assembly tasks, conduct basic quality checks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, support shipping and receiving activities, and collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment and tools.
+ Prepare and organize raw materials, including glass panels and framing components.
+ Perform assembly tasks such as fitting, sealing, and packaging glass-floor systems.
+ Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
+ Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Production Manager.
+ Support shipping and receiving activities, including labeling and preparing products for transport.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, or related construction software.
+ Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, project coordination, construction, and production.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience with glass flooring is preferred.
Work Environment
