             Description Key Responsibilities Lead architectural teams in planning and resolving technical and design challenges. Collaborate with project leadership to define work plans and manage production schedules. Create and modify complex implementation documents that reflect design intent using advanced architectural principles and techniques. Conduct code analysis and ensure compliance with zoning and building regulations. Oversee document preparation and ensure alignment with quality standards and best practices. Manage technical resolution and coordination across project phases. Prepare reports, specifications, and client presentations. Maintain open communication with clients and guide them through project milestones. Coordinate with clients, agencies, consultants, and contractors to integrate engineering systems and manage scope adjustments. Attend site visits, field reviews, and project meetings; document findings and decisions. Prepare and review meeting minutes for consultant coordination. Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment. Promote design excellence through sustainable and responsible design practices. Manage project delivery within budget and schedule constraints. Support business development by identifying opportunities, assisting with proposals, and participating in client interviews. Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture. Architectural Registration required. 10+ years of experience preferred. Sustainable design accreditation is a plus. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software preferred. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign is a plus. Strong skills in MS Office Suite. Advanced knowledge of building systems, accessibility guidelines, and QA/QC processes. Deep understanding of building codes and ability to apply them effectively. Excellent presentation and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Diplomatic leadership style that values collaboration and relationship-building. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
