Job Title - Project Engineer
We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Engineer to lead new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept through production. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across teams, engage directly with customers, and drive innovation in design and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
+ Own and manage NPD projects, ensuring timely delivery of hardware, testing, analysis, and documentation.
+ Lead design reviews and prepare detailed design and analysis reports.
+ Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
+ Review drawings and apply GD&T principles to ensure precision and compliance.
+ Develop standard design practices and clarify customer expectations.
+ Collaborate with development teams to meet cost targets and technical requirements.
+ Present technical proposals and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
+ Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
+ Drive continuous improvement and implement innovative engineering solutions.
What You’ll Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or 7+ years of engineering experience with a high school diploma/GED).
+ 3+ years of experience in project or program management within engineering.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
+ Skilled in project planning, documentation, and execution.
+ Eligible for U.S. Security Clearance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
