    Multi-Specialty clinic in Lynwood is looking for a clinic supervisor to join their team! LVN license and supervisory experience are required. Exciting opportunity to lead a team and work with multiple specialties!

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Clinic Supervisor in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. This role involves working within women's health, family practice, and pediatrics, ensuring seamless operations through accurate insurance verification, documentation, and referrals.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee day-to-day clinic operations in a high-volume setting.

    + Ensure accuracy in insurance verification and documentation processes.

    + Manage and facilitate patient referrals efficiently.

    + Provide support and supervision to clinic staff.

    + Implement and maintain clinic protocols and procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + LVN license required.

    + Proficiency in Athena EMR.

    + Bilingual in Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.

    + Strong administrative skills.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is fast-paced and high-volume, with a large number of Spanish-speaking patients. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both front and back office settings, making it ideal for those eager to start a career in the medical field.\

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $42.00/hr.
