TYPE OF POSITION:Military non-classified
SUMMARY: This position is assigned to the Installation Status Reporting (ISR) Program within the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Idaho Army National Guard (IDARNG), functioning within the Idaho Military Division (IMD). The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the data entry and data management of multiple enterprise reporting systems, the research of regulation pertaining to the collection, preparation and analysis of organizational data, and the accountability and maintenance of basic information technology (IT) systems through their life cycle across the organization.

MILITARY DIVISION MANDATORY QUESTIONS:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
(1) Must be a member of the Idaho National Guard. Provide your military grade, job title, MOS/AFSC/AOC and unit of assignment.
(2) Must have and maintain a valid and unrestricted state issued driver’s license (from any state). Provide your driver’s license number, issuing state, license expiration date, and the full name specified on the license.(Do notprovide a copy of your driver’s license.)
(3) Must have, or be eligible to obtain, and maintain a favorable ANACI/T3 Federal Background Investigation. If a selected candidate does not have a current favorable ANACI/T3, as a condition of employment he/she must submit to the investigation process immediately upon hire/appointment. (At a minimum, a favorable suitability determination by the State Security Manager or OPM is required prior to appointment into this position.)
(4) Must be willing to complete required training as directed by the supervisor, according to the schedule determined by the supervisor, including but not limited to certifications listed in DoD 8140 and Security Plus certification (or industry equivalent).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Preference given to applicants who have completed certifications listed in DoD 8140 or who have completed Security Plus (or industry equivalent) at the time of application.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Must have24 months’experience performing work related to the knowledge requirements below. Submit a paragraph for each knowledge requirement below that demonstrates the required experience and describes competence in applying the knowledge. Education and training may be used to offset experience.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
(1) Describe your knowledge of computer hardware and software trouble shooting techniques commonly used in the industry sufficient to review, analyze and resolve problems on these systems.
(2) Describe your knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Power Platform, common data schema and formats to gather, enter, revise, correct, compile, and present information stored using this software or associated automated systems, and your f amiliarity with the following systems: PRIDE, R-PLANS, BUILDER, ASIP, FMS Web, ISR, CHESS, LUMA and iEMS.
(3) Describe your knowledge of data management concepts, methods, practices, procedures, regulations, and policies of the organization and the agency sufficient to ensure compliance with regulation and law.
(4) Describe your knowledge of property management and life cycle principles used to project IT system procurements, track and account for current IT systems, and proper disposition of IT systems located throughout the state
(5) Describe your knowledge and experience with IT trouble shooting capabilities and methodologies, including relevant help desk experience.
(6) Describe your knowledge of methods and interpersonal skills necessary to work in a collaborative environment and represent the organization in a professional manner; along with your ability to identify, document and report on and recommend improvements to internal and external processes.
