    Job Title: Construction Integration Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Construction Integration Manager to oversee and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers on-site. This role involves managing subcontractors and coordinating with various teams to ensure a seamless infrastructure fit-out. The ideal candidate will implement strategies to enhance production methods, improve equipment performance, and maintain product quality and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.

    + Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.

    + Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to detect production problems.

    + Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff while resolving personal grievances.

    + Set and monitor product standards to ensure high-quality finished products.

    + Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

    Qualifications

    + Experience in fiber installation or managing fiber installation projects.

    + Proficiency in Bluebeam software.

    + Strong project management skills.

    + 5-7 years of relevant experience.

    + Knowledge of construction management and telecom scope of work.

    + Understanding of electrical scope of work.

    + Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    + Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.

    + Familiarity with machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.

    + Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

    + High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in business or related field preferred.

    + Preferred certification: OSHA 10/30.

    Work Environment

    This position is 100% onsite in Richmond (RIC22) with an effort to facilitate one work-from-home day. The role requires a commitment of approximately 40 hours per week, and candidates who are willing to relocate may receive assistance with relocation costs.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $79.00/hr.
