Project Controls Engineer – Automation & Engineering Leadership

What You’ll Do
+ Own the full project lifecycle—from initial design and material procurement to programming, commissioning, and post-installation support.
+ Design and develop advanced control systems for industrial automation, robotics, and manufacturing processes.
+ Program and implement control applications using PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and other automation platforms.
+ Lead cross-functional project teams, guiding engineers and technicians through complex, large-scale implementations.
+ Deliver impactful solutions that improve productivity, reliability, and safety across diverse engineering environments.
What You Bring
+ Proven experience in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley preferred), HMI development, and automation systems.
+ Strong foundation in controls engineering, robotics, and electrical engineering.
+ Ability to lead and mentor technical teams while managing multiple project timelines.
+ Hands-on knowledge of SCADA systems, robot integration, and industrial programming tools.

Experience Level

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00/hr.
