The Data Entry Coordinator – ERP & Procurement will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of procurement-related data within the ERP system. This role is critical to maintaining clean data that supports purchasing decisions, vendor management, and supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
+ Enter, update, and maintain procurement-related data such as purchase orders, supplier information, pricing, and part numbers in the ERP system.
+ Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
+ Support the procurement team with vendor setup, purchase requisitions, and purchase order processing.
+ Generate and run basic ERP reports to support procurement and supply chain activities.
+ Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies, ensuring smooth ERP workflows.
+ Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain data integrity.
+ Support documentation of ERP data entry processes and recommend improvements where needed.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in data entry
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
+ Proficiency in MS Excel
+ Experience in data management and data analysis
+ Knowledge of procurement processes

+ Experience in procurement-related roles
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
The employee will collaborate with engineers for approximately 1 hour per day, with the rest of the time spent on independent work. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $36.06/hr.
