Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects across the eastern United States. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy highway, bridges, asphalt paving, concrete, OR horizontal construction, particularly in intermodal and rail-related infrastructure. This position will ideally start February 1st, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage on-site construction activities from start to finish.
+ Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
+ Oversee work related to asphalt paving, drainage structures, track work, and other civil scopes.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
+ Travel to project sites across the eastern U.S. (100% travel required).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.00/hr.
