Description
The purpose of this position is to assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for testing/inspecting/evaluating the precision and accuracy of products manufactured. Provide support to operations and engineering while ensuring the customer requirements are met while meeting the requirements of the quality policy and quality objectives.
• Maintain company compliance ISO 13485 quality management system.
• Develop and maintain in-house quality inspection plans for all current and future customer products to include appropriate gauging, measurement and testing equipment.
• Lead development of programs for CMM and Vision system inspections and act as subject matter expert for these processes.
• Assist with internal audits.
• Provide customer related quality and regulatory support
• Assist in the receiving, in-process and finished inspection of components, assemblies and raw materials as required.
• Handle customer returns and complaints and assist with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Determine whether product conforms to product specifications.
• Initiate non-conformance reports as required.
• Train other employees in updated or newly implemented company and/or customer procedures.
• Detect, correct and prevent waste or loss of raw material or partially finished products.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes under his/her supervision.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures.
• Follow written and verbal directions from manager and/or company officers.
• Perform non-routine tasks assigned by manager and/or company officers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
