This position is focused on developing innovative healthcare technology solutions that transform how care is delivered in the home. You'll have the opportunity to work in a growing, collaborative environment where you can develop your technical skills while directly contributing to healthcare outcomes for millions of individuals. _*This is a fully remote position with hybrid options available for candidates located near Dallas, Texas._ Key Responsibilities: + _Feature Development_ - Build robust, scalable features using React Native and Swift for our clinical applications + _Code Review & Quality Assurance_ - Participate in code review processes to learn best practices and maintain high coding standards across the team + _Learning & Growth -_ Actively learn from senior developers and contribute to technical discussions and solution design + _Production Support -_ Assist with technical support for production issues, including troubleshooting and debugging under guidance + _Cross-functional Collaboration_ - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions + _Technical Documentation -_ Contribute to technical documentation for systems and processes Required Qualifications: + 1-2 years of professional software development experience + Proficiency in React Native + Good understanding of mobile application development principles and best practices + Experience with code review processes and version control systems + Eagerness to learn and grow as a developer + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: + Proficiency in React and/or Swift + Familiarity with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines + Basic knowledge of SonarQube for code quality analysis + Exposure to Docker containerization + Healthcare technology or regulated industry experience + Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Education: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience + Previous internship or project experience with mobile development Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $72,100.00 - $144,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
