Nestle in Springville, UT manufactures Stouffer's Frozen Meals.

We are currently hiring for General Production positions.

These are considered our heavy lifting positions. Openings

are available on 1st or 2nd shift. Shifts are 10 hrs rotating schedules. Job Description: Ensures that all dries materials for the production lines are properly prepared and delivered promptly. Assists in line rotations as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Ensures that all recipes, equipment, and ingredients necessary are in area prior to start up. Checks recipe with production schedule. Ensures scales are calibrated.

2. Ensures that floors are kept clean of product or water to avoid injury.

3. Cleans area every day, or between allergens and recipes as necessary.

4. Maintains and repairs dries rolling stock.

5. Thoroughly examines area prior to Q.A. release to ensure everything is clean, sanitized, and set-up properly.

6. Responsible for tracking, verifying, retrieving, and inspecting all materials and commodities.

7. Models the Springville Compass in all work-related activities.

8. Performs all other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

1. Will be required to assist lift 100 lbs. and lift up to 50lbs on own throughout 8-10 hr. shift

2. Valid forklift license

3. Must have basic computer skills to use SAP for inventory accuracy

4. Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written

directions, signs, policies and procedures.

a. Must be able to read basic/standard English words and sentences to understand

signs, policies, procedures, safety rules.

b. Must be able to speak and understand basic/standard words and sentences in

English to obtain and relay information on policies and procedures.

c. Must be able to speak and understand basic/standard words and sentences to

establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with others a collaboration as a

team.
