In this role, you’ll be hands-on from day one—developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings from schematic design through construction documents, and contributing to presentations and client meetings. You’ll dive into site analysis, field measurements, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and consultants to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll also gain valuable experience in construction administration, including site visits and reviewing submittals and RFIs, giving you a well-rounded foundation in project delivery. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field * 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design * Basic experience or familiarity with preparing design drawings across all project phases, from schematic design through construction documentation, including associated project deliverables. * Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong communication skills for client meetings and team collaboration * Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ideally, you'll also have * Master’s degree in Architecture * Licensure or on track for architectural licensure * Experience with innovative or complex design projects * Experience with Forma and rendering software is a plus * Prior experience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams * Strong presentation and graphic skills * Passion for sustainable design and community impact Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
