And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary The **Executive Assistant to the CEO** provides various office and location support activities. This person identifies, enhances, and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided. The **Executive Assistant** will ensure the correct functioning of facilities, office, and/or business support services. In this role, you will: + Conduct routine, complex administrative office coordination, assuring smooth, timely, and efficient office operations for the department. + Support the CEO with calendar management, capturing meeting notes, follow-ups, and plans, while following-up on details for special meetings and events. + Administer assignments, including (but not limited to) research, collection, analysis, and compilation of data and information for department reports. + Control the handling of files, reports, financial records, and confidential record retention, ensuring regulatory compliance. + Implement a high degree of customer service by fielding internal and external inquiries, finding resolutions, or redirecting as appropriate. + Establish efficient workflow and office operations of the department by communicating established policies and procedures. + Control the internal and external department point of contact, ensuring concise communication with employees, stakeholders, and members of the senior management. + Prepare complex and comprehensive financial records and files about departmental expenditures, budget balances, investments, payroll, and operations. + Examine performance evaluations within the department, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. + Identify opportunities to staff support and administrative assistance to executive-level, senior management, or senior individual contributors as needed to ensure consistent department operations. Required Qualifications + 3-5 years of experience as an executive and/or senior assistant. + Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). + Must reside within a commutable distance to New Albany, Ohio. + Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office/2 days remote) out of the New Albany, Ohio office. + Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time, with the ability to work outside of core hours as needed, including some weekends & evenings. Preferred Qualifications + Outstanding organizational and time management skills. + Ability to function at a high-level in terms in a fast-paced environment. + Strong detail-orientation. + Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines). + Excellent verbal and written communications skills. + Ability to maintain strict discretion and confidentiality. + Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. + Bachelor’s degree or relevant specialized training. Education + High school diploma or GED. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $22.59 - $49.04 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
