Description We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable team. The ideal candidate will excel in optimizing processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage a team and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounts receivable team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to deadlines.

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and identify collection priorities.

• Develop and implement effective strategies for commercial collections to reduce overdue accounts.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of cash applications, billing, and other AR functions.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer concerns.

• Monitor and improve workflows to enhance the efficiency of accounts receivable processes.

• Prepare and present periodic financial reports related to accounts receivable performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide training and support to team members to foster growth and enhance team performance. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable management, including collections and cash applications.

• Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing aging reports and other financial documents.

• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring a team.

• Solid understanding of billing procedures and accounts receivable workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
