Description

Serve as the liaison between operations and technology teams for last mile delivery optimization. Use tools like Samsara and DispatchTrack to analyze route efficiency, streamline logistics workflows, and improve delivery performance through process automation and data insights.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in logistics, retail, or supply chain environments

Knowledge of route optimization and delivery tracking systems

Strong UAT testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Proficiency in Excel or Power BI preferred

Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
