Description

Small plaintiff side personal injury law firm located in Clifton, New Jersey is seeking a seasoned full-time experienced personal injury plaintiff side paralegal. Must be proficient in litigation, able to prioritize an active case list, and meet deadlines. 5 years’ minimum experience.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents

+ Managing files from intake to completion.

+ Tracking documents, preparing pleadings & motions, interrogatories, expert request, and other legal documents under the direction of the attorney.

•Qualifications:

+ Previous experience as a paralegal in a legal field

+ Ability to prioritize and multitask

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Deadline and detail-oriented

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, preparing demand packages, and summarizing depositions.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to liaise with clients and legal professionals effectively.

• Familiarity with case management software; experience with Needles is a plus.

• Fluency in Spanish or Polish is preferred but not required.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with slip-and-fall, auto accident, and construction cases is highly desirable.
