    Description We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and with attention to detail.     Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and attentive demeanor, ensuring they have a positive experience.

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

    • Coordinate with the administration team and service department to schedule appointments and manage customer needs.

    • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless order processing.

    • Respond to customer emails promptly and with care, resolving any issues or concerns.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage schedules, create reports, and maintain documentation.

    • Process order entries with precision and review details for accuracy.

    • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

    • Provide valet services as needed, ensuring timely and attentive assistance.

    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and following up when necessary. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

    • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.

    • Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail.

    • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and document tasks effectively.

    • Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate with multiple departments.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence and customer interaction.

    • Familiarity with order entry systems and procedures.
