Description We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is ideal for an individual with extensive financial expertise, especially in construction or subcontracting industries. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the company's financial planning and budgeting processes to support strategic goals.

• Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Monitor and manage costs to optimize profitability and improve project financial performance.

• Implement and manage cash flow strategies to maintain liquidity and operational efficiency.

• Identify and evaluate financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to align with the company’s growth objectives.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports for audits.

• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance work environment.

• Evaluate and manage financial systems and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and streamline processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial matters and objectives. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of accounting experience, with a preference for experience in the construction or subcontracting industry.

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Proficiency in financial software tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with executive teams and stakeholders.
