    Job Title: 1st Shift Production Worker

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the efficient flow of products in and out of our facility. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to accuracy, and the ability to work with warehouse management systems such as SAP and RF scanning equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Pick and pack products from incoming trucks.

    + Use a computer system to download and process customer orders.

    + Pull orders efficiently to meet customer requirements.

    + Track inventory accurately using SAP software.

    + Ensure correct products are selected and packaged based on customer needs.

    + Unload raw materials from trucks and store them properly.

    + Load skids of finished products onto trucks for shipment.

    + Operate RF scanning equipment to maintain precise inventory records.

    + Receive products and ensure proper storage within the warehouse.

    + Stage finished goods and prepare shipments for delivery.

    + Print and apply shipping labels accurately.

    + Package products securely for shipment.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 1 year experience working with inventory and comfortability with data entry.

    + Experience with RF scanning and SAP or other ERP systems preferred.

    + Forklift operation, including sit-down forklifts

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a smaller warehouse-type environment with about 10 people in the facility. The team processes and ships plastic products to customers. The role involves printing out orders and pulling the correct products from inventory. The environment is clean, and steel toe boots are required.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
