Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of equipment, including injection mold machines, automation equipment, and supporting systems. This is an opportunity to work independently in a climate-controlled environment and contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.

+ Work with injection mold machines, automation equipment, grinders, vacuum loaders, and water systems.

+ Engage in PLC troubleshooting and controls as needed.

+ Operate and maintain 30 robots (ABB, Sepro, and Fanuc).

+ Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is functioning optimally.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ Experience with multicraft (mechanical/electrical) systems.

+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

+ Ability to work independently from day one.

+ Preferred experience in injection molding.

+ PLC and controls experience are advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled injection mold facility equipped with 150 mold machines. Shifts available are 2:45pm-11:15pm and 10:45pm-7:15am. Be prepared to work independently and commit to overtime if necessary. Uniforms, including steel toe footwear, are provided for permanent employees.

This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
