Position Description: CGI is seeking dynamic leaders in Project Management & Execution Join one of the world’s largest IT and business consulting firms to deliver innovative solutions that transform organizations. Location is in Boston - hybrid work environment - expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Your future duties and responsibilities: Project Management & Execution • Provide scalable, on-demand project management capability • Provide portfolio management, guide project teams using agile methodology, ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with strategic business objectives • Partner with teams to define timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Track project performance against milestones and adjust plans as needed • Provide business analysis and project management support Requirements & Planning • Lead requirements gathering and identify dependencies for the technology demand backlog • Schedule and facilitate design and business process improvement workshops • Document current and future state business processes as needed Stakeholder Engagement & Governance • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive alignment • Provide regular project status reporting, including risks, issues, and key achievements • Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration Risk & Vendor Management • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues • Oversee vendor engagements, ensuring adherence to contracts and alignment to project goals • Support vendor-related activities including RFI/RFP processes, demos, and contract reviews Agile • Drive adoption of JIRA and agile ways of working across teams • Facilitate project-related workshops and meetings • Assess effectiveness of project management processes and recommend improvements • Measure and analyze sprint capacity and velocity Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • At least 7+ years experienced IT Project Mangers with demonstrated success in agile environments • Must have Life Sciences/Pharma experience - Mandatory • Regular reporting (portfolio updates, status, risks, KPIS, and progress against milestones) • Documentation of requirements, processes and decisions • Post-project feedback and continuous improvement recommendations Required: o PMP-Agile from PMI o CSM from Scrum Alliance o Certified Scrum Master \#LI-MP2 Skills: + Project Management What you can expect from us: Together, as owners, let’s turn meaningful insights into action.
