    The Opportunity

     

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to launch their accounting career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. You’ll work alongside experienced accounting professionals, gain hands-on experience with public company financials, and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, integrity, and insight in our reporting processes.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations

    + Support the preparation of financial statements and internal management reports

    + Help maintain and improve accounting systems and controls

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting projects

    + Contribute to audit preparation and work closely with external auditors

    + Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

    + Some hands-on accounting experience (through an internship or co-op preferred)

    + Solid understanding of GAAP and basic financial principles

    + Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with modern accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)

    + Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

    + A team player who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact
