Description We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in North Brunswick, New Jersey. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in financial systems and accounting to optimize and enhance the functionality of NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and a strong ability to guide teams in utilizing NetSuite effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the optimization of NetSuite, ensuring all accounting functions are properly aligned with organizational needs.

• Identify and resolve issues related to month-end close processes, providing solutions to improve efficiency.

• Customize and generate detailed reports, including financial and operational analytics.

• Reorganize and refine the chart of accounts to meet business requirements.

• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for using NetSuite.

• Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system gaps and implement improvements.

• Ensure compliance with financial standards and procedures within the NetSuite platform.

• Offer insights and solutions for annual revenue tracking and reporting.

• Work onsite with flexibility to accommodate schedules as needed. Requirements • Extensive experience with NetSuite and financial system implementation.

• Strong background in accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in SAP Financials or similar systems.

• Ability to manage account reconciliations and month-end close processes.

• Proven track record of customizing and generating financial reports.

• Expertise in chart of accounts setup and maintenance.

• Excellent problem-solving skills related to system functionality and mapping.

• Strong communication and training abilities to guide teams effectively.
