    **💼 Position:** Cleanroom Production Operator

    **📍 Location:** Orangeburg, NY

    • Pay:

    + **Compounder A:** $18/hr

    + **Compounder B:** $17/hr

    + **Shift Differentials:** +$0.50/hr for 2nd shift, +$1.00/hr for 3rd shift

    • Shifts Available:

    + **2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (1 opening)

    + **3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (1 opening, Sunday–Thursday schedule)

    + _Training will be on 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM_

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Compound liquids following GMP standards and daily production schedules

    + Stock production floor with required liquids

    + Remove empty barrels and manage customer-supplied liquids

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 0–2 years of chemical handling or mixing experience preferred

    + If no compounding experience, warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus

    + Strong math and communication skills

    + Team-oriented with a proactive, go-getter attitude

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    + Blending

    + Batch making

    + Experience in FDA-regulated environments

    Work Environment & Perks:

    + Join a team of 36 compounders across three shifts

    + Report to Mike Dittmer (Liquid Room Supervisor) and Anthony Squillante (Manager)

    + PPE and lab coat provided; steel-toe boots required

    + Union eligibility upon permanent hire

    + Basic maintenance mechanic training available

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
