**Job Title:** Electrical Assembly Technician – Evening Shift

**Location:** (Insert City, State)

**Pay:** $29–$31/hour

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

Required Availability: Must be open to working Saturdays when scheduled

Shift Flexibility: May occasionally shift to:

3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (8-hour)

4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (10-hour)

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour, rare)

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Electrical Assembly Technicians to join a team-oriented manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assist in the mechanical and electrical build of industrial control panels and switchgear systems. You’ll work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility with all tools and materials provided.

Responsibilities:

Assemble, wire, and test control panels (480V, 120V, 24V)

Perform point-to-point wiring and testing for compliance

Use tools such as multimeters, wire strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches

Interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring schedules, and visual aids

Maintain documentation and follow lean manufacturing protocols

Collaborate with teammates in small work cells (5–7 technicians)

Ensure work area cleanliness and organization per 5S standards

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in electrical wiring and assembly

(Schooling experience from programs like TCAT, Delta Tech, Moore Tech, or Southwest may be considered)

Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams

Comfortable with diagnostic tools and electrical testing

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Must pass a hands-on assessment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.15 - $31.80/hr.
