Hiring Maintenance Technicians

**Location:** Denver, CO

**Pay:** $36-40/hr

**Shifts:** 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to maximizing equipment uptime, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment

+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

+ Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues before they impact production

+ Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and service schedules

+ Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades

+ Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications

+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

+ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and electrical components

+ Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

+ Experience with CMMS systems preferred

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Denver,CO.
