    We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. If you’re mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to grow your skills, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

     

    •️ Key Responsibilities

    + Assist punch press operators with material setup and cutting

    + Operate a shear to cut metal sheets accurately

    + Use tape measures and calculators for precise measurements and decimal calculations

    + Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, to start production cycles

    + Adjust machine settings such as speed and feed rates

    + Load raw materials or components into semi-automated machines

    + Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools

    + Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues during shifts

    + Maintain accurate records of production output and quality checks

    + Keep work areas clean and organized

    • What You’ll Need

    + 6+ months of experience within a manufacturing environment.

    + Prior experience operating high-speed machinery

    + Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools

    + Understanding of production processes and safety protocols

    + Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and follow instructions

    + Physical stamina to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift

    • Preferred Skills

    + Experience with shear, press brake, and general machine operation

    + Skilled with hand and power tools

    + Exposure to CNC machinery

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.92 - $23.92/hr.
