    Aerospace Assembly Technician

    **Location:** Arlington, WA

    **Pay:** $20–$25/hr (based on experience)

    Shifts Available:

    + **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)

    + **2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday–Thursday)

     

    About the Role

     

    Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about building high-quality products? Join our dynamic team as an Aerospace Assembly Technician! You’ll assemble components and equipment with precision using hand and power tools, following detailed blueprints and specifications. Your craftsmanship will help ensure every product meets top industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble units, parts, and components using hand and power tools

    + Fasten accessories using bolts, screws, or rivets

    + Drill holes and attach brackets, hinges, or clips

    + Mark reference points using jigs, templates, and measuring tools

    + Inspect and test parts for fit and performance

    + Align subassemblies using measuring instruments

    + Cut, trim, and file parts to meet fitting tolerances

    + Install bushings using liquid nitrogen or presses

    + Apply sealants or paint per customer specifications

    + Operate shop equipment like C-squeeze, arbor presses, and cherry pullers

    What You’ll Need

    + Assembly experience:

    + Level 1: 6 months

    + Level 2: 1 year

    + Level 3: 3 years

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools

    + Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
