Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

The Production Supervisor plays a key role in directing daily operations for finished goods, with a focus on palletizing and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, effective leadership, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

+ Direct daily operations for finished goods, focusing on palletizing and order fulfillment.

+ Monitor hourly production metrics, including case counts, to ensure targets are achieved.

+ Read and execute the daily run plan accurately to meet operational goals.

+ Provide hands-on training and guidance to both new hires and returning team members on equipment and workflow procedures.

+ Enforce adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all company safety policies.

+ Collaborate with the supervisor by promptly reporting any employee-related issues or concerns.

+ Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor in all communications with staff.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production supervision and management.

+ Proficiency with ERP systems and warehouse inventory management.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to climb stairs and platforms.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills, preferably bilingual in Spanish/English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with forklifts, inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory management.

+ Leadership experience is preferred.

+ Ability to work in cold and wet environments.

+ Capability to clearly communicate with other leads or supervisors.

+ Comfortable observing fast-moving conveyors.

Work Environment

The work environment is a fast-paced, cold manufacturing setting where safety and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices are prioritized.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
