**General Production Worker - 4 Day Work Week! - WEEKLY PAY**

Pay: $20/hour

Hours: 2nd shift! 3PM – 1:30AM // Monday thru Thursday

_Join a dynamic insulation manufacturing company with opportunities to work across three specialized areas: Build/Package, Cutting, and Weld table. Enhance your skills in a supportive and efficient environment._

Responsibilities

+ Build Area: Ensure correct items are included in shipments, read orders accurately, and verify product quantities. Complete documentation and take pictures to confirm task completion.

+ Cutting Area: Operate a cutting machine, applying memorization and math skills to cut insulation to precise dimensions before it proceeds to the weld tables.

+ Weld Area: Set up machines, perform fabric welding, change fabric, and manage machine start-up and shut-down processes.

Skills

+ Experience in production and machine operation.

+ Proficiency with general labor tasks and operating machines.

+ Ability to use tape measures and apply mathematics for dimensions.

+ Attention to detail in assembly, packaging, and inspection.

+ Capability to operate forklifts and handle both hand and power tools.

+ Documentation skills and adherence to reporting procedures.

+ Strong organizational and time management abilities.

+ Experience with staging and pulling orders for building.

+ Cross-training with material handlers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
